Letetia's commitment to service is reflected in her extensive board and civic leadership. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Dothan Downtown Redevelopment Authority, helping guide the revitalization and economic growth of downtown Dothan. She serves on the boards of HBCU Green Fund and Family Values @ Work, advancing environmental sustainability and family-friendly workplace policies nationwide, and Fair Elections Center, protecting voting rights and expanding ballot access.
She is an active leader within Alabama Forward, a statewide civic engagement network, and a Steering Committee Member of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation's Black Women's Roundtable. In her hometown, she is a former President and Vice President of the Dothan Association of Women's Clubs, Vice-President of the Les Vingt Socialete Club, and a Charter Member of Future PAC.
